First, let me say that T-Mobile is fantastic. This store? Not so much. The rep was very friendly, but played too many sales sleight of hands: "Phone cases are included in the price you pay." "What if I don't want that, can I get anything back?" "Yes. $2/mo." Dude that's $96 over the next two years! I'll pass. Not only that, but when adding a line the rep erroneously added $10/mo. to the new line for HD video that he knew wasn't going to be used, then didn't put in the $10 per line kickbacks that we discussed. That's $40/mo., or almost $500/year! Really? Thankfully Hunter in their T-Mobile's Bellingham customer support center hooked me up and took care of it all. While I'll be sticking with T-Mobile like I have for the past 10+ years, I won't be heading back to this store...
