  Two weeks prior to coming in here I went to the one in Everett near the mall and had hands down the worst customer experience ever. They sent a verification code to someone else under my cell phone bill and they then spent 15 minutes in the break room and when they came out it had expired and it was apparently my fault and I wasn't eligible for a new phone for a full week. Now I went in here in Mill Creek just hoping to walk out the door with a new phone and nothing more. But Chris who helped me was hands down the best consultant I could have asked. He was very nice, very greedy and he got me into a new phone far superior than my old one and I was actually able to save myself some money in the long run. If you are in need of a new Verizon phone. PLEASE AVOID EVERETT MALL AND GO TO MILL CREEK. You won't regret it!
